Lesson 210
1. (190) I choose the joy of God instead of pain.
Pain is my own idea. It is not a Thought of God, but one I thought apart from Him and from His Will. His Will is joy, and only joy for His beloved Son. And that I choose, instead of what I made.

This is good news!
When I feel pain is this body, I say to myself "I am not a body. I am free." It tends to help me experience the pain from a different perspective and place.
I like to call it the Higher Power over ride protection program. :-)

Pain is a choice; a thought that comes from our mind... When the right choice is finally made, all pain is gone.
